Common questions
How do I redeem my points?
Go to your dashboard and open Rewards to send an approved withdrawal to your Stripe balance. The page shows your cash value, minimum balance, and request status before you confirm.
My submission wasn't accepted — what happened?
Submissions are accepted automatically by checking public social media activity for the required campaign mention. Make sure the mention is visible in your post, and keep your account public until review is complete.
Do I need to disclose sponsored Stories?
Yes. If you receive points, cash, products, discounts, or another benefit for sharing a Story, make that relationship clear in the Story. Start with the Creator Guide for Signet's Story and disclosure policy.
How do I delete my account?
