Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

These Official Rules apply to a community giveaway offered through a Signet campaign (the Giveaway). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is sponsored by the brand running the campaign (the Sponsor): [Sponsor legal name], [Sponsor address]. Signet provides the platform that administers the Giveaway on the Sponsor's behalf but is not the Sponsor of the prize unless expressly stated for a given campaign.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.

• Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and of Signet, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
• The Giveaway is void in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must have a Signet account in good standing and meet all applicable campaign participation requirements to enter.

The Giveaway entry period begins on [start date and time] and ends on [end date and time] ([time zone]) (the Entry Period). Entries are tallied per calendar month, and a drawing is held for each calendar month that falls within the Entry Period. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.

Standard entry

During the Entry Period, post a qualifying Story for the campaign that satisfies the campaign's posting requirements (including any required mention and a clear and conspicuous paid-partnership or #ad disclosure). Each verified qualifying Story earns one (1) entry (ticket) into that month's drawing.

Free Alternate Method of Entry

No purchase, posting, or content creation is required to enter. To enter for free without posting, send a 3x5 card with your full name, address, email, phone number, and the campaign name to: [AMOE mailing address]. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per outer envelope, postmarked during the Entry Period and received within [N] days of the end of the relevant month. AMOE entries receive the same number of entries (tickets) as one verified qualifying Story and have an equal chance of winning.

For each calendar month in the Entry Period, one (1) potential winner is selected in a random, ticket-weighted drawing from all eligible entries received for that month, on or about [drawing date]. Each entry (ticket) is one chance to win; entrants with more verified entries have proportionally more chances.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the relevant month.

The prize for each monthly drawing is store credit usable at the Sponsor's store with an approximate retail value (ARV) of [prize ARV]. One (1) prize is awarded per monthly drawing. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Store-credit prizes are governed by the Sponsor's store terms, including any expiration consistent with applicable gift-card law. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with their Signet account (which may include in-app notification and SMS). The potential winner must respond and complete any required claim steps within [N] days of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond by the deadline, an undeliverable notification, or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, time permitting.

All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the value of prizes won requires it, the winner must provide a completed Form W-9 (or equivalent tax information) before the prize is fulfilled, and a Form 1099 may be issued. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize the winner consents to the use of their name, social handle, likeness, and entry content by the Sponsor and Signet for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes, in any media, without further notice, review, or compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor, Signet, and their respective affiliates and agents are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any injury or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize. By entering, you release these parties from all such claims.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, or any social media platform. You release these platforms from any responsibility in connection with the Giveaway.

Verification of qualifying posts is performed by automated checks that run on a schedule, not by hand and not in real time. Earning an entry depends on a post passing verification within the applicable window; entries and rewards are not guaranteed.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of [governing state], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway is handled in accordance with the Signet Privacy Policy.
