State and Federal Notices
Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, users can visit the site anonymously, Signet will add a link to this Privacy Policy on the home page or first significant page after entering the Platform, and users will be notified of privacy-policy changes on this Privacy Policy page. Users are able to change personal information by logging in to their account.
Signet honors Do Not Track signals and does not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Signet does not allow third-party behavioral tracking.

Signet agrees not to use false or misleading subjects or email addresses, to identify advertising messages in a reasonable way, to include Signet's physical business address where required, to monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance if used, to honor unsubscribe requests quickly, and to allow users to unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of emails.
All influencers and content creators on Signet explicitly agree to abide by the Federal Trade Commission's stated policy on advertisement disclosures. Failure to do so may result in permanent expulsion from the Signet platform, and liability for failing to abide by those regulations falls on the influencer, not the brand or agency using Signet.
