Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your phone number for authentication via one-time passcode (OTP). We also collect your display name and Instagram username when you complete your profile.

Instagram Data

To verify campaign participation, we collect publicly available Instagram post data associated with campaign hashtags. This includes post URLs, captions, hashtags, and the associated Instagram username. We do not access your Instagram login credentials or private messages.

Payment Information

When you redeem points, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your bank account details or financial information on our servers. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.

Usage Data

We collect standard usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and device information to improve the platform experience.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted in transit via TLS.
